RIGGING - API One Day

Duration: 6 - 8 Hours

Scope of Training:
This training course educates students about the different types and safe practices of rigging within sound engineering designs and according to API-RP-2D 6th Edition Regulations

Course Objective:
Upon completing this course, student trainees should be able to understand and perform:

• Proper rigging inspection criteria
• Proper rigging procedures
• Proper pre-lift meeting procedures
• Proper sling selection
• Proper hand signals and their use
• Rigging safety
