Questions About Previews

I would like to preview online. Is this possible?
Most of our safety programs have a 2-3 minute preview clip. To preview, go to a product's description page. If the product has an online preview you will see an TV icon that says "Preview this program online". Underneath the icon will be your preview options.

I can't get the preview clips to work on my computer
The preview clips work best on a cable, DSL or T1 connection. If you have a fast connection and the clips still aren?t working then most likely you need to download the software necessary. All of our clips are in Flash format. Most computers play Flash without a problem but if you still have problems you might have to talk to the dreaded IT guy.

Questions About Purchasing

What are your purchase terms?
We take Visa, Mastercard & American Express. We also can bill to a Purchase Order or simply bill to your attention. Our payment terms are net-30.

What other companies have used OSHA Plans for their training needs?
Over 18,000 customers including many of the top Fortune 500 have used OSHA Plans since 1985.

Do you provide consulting services?
Yes. DVD's are distributed and provided off-the-shelf training videos, by Digital 2000.

Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. Visa, Mastercard & American Express

How long do we have to pay a purchase order?
Our invoices are net-30

Do you accept international orders?
Yes. However, there are some programs for which we do not have contractual rights to send outside of the USA. Pricing for international orders is the same, however some countries might levy duties or taxes on import. We have no control over these charges and no way to know what they are.

Questions About Discounts

I noticed that you have an educational institution discount on products. How do I know if I qualify?
Most safety programs do not have an educational institution discount. If a discount is available you will see it above the price in a drop down menu. You must be a public or private Kindergarten through 12th grade school or an accredited college or university to qualify as an educational institution. Educational departments with companies or government institutions do not qualify for the discount.

I noticed that you have a Government Discount. How do I know if I qualify?
Most safety programs do not have a government discount. If a discount is available you will see it above the price in a drop down menu. You must be a Local, State or Federal Government Agency. Government contractors do not qualify.

I noticed that you have a Non-Profit Discount. How do I know if I qualify?
Most safety programs do not have a non-profit discount. If a discount is available you will see it above the price in a drop down menu. In most cases you must be a 501C3 Non-Profit organization to qualify.
